The Art of Blending Loose Leaf Teas

Did you know there is an art to blending tea in order to make the perfect iced tea beverage? It takes the right fruits, herbs, flowers and most importantly the right tea. Our newest blend is our Silver Needles Fruit Blend. This tea begins with a famous base of Silver Needles White Tea. For those of you who aren't familiar with this particular tea, Silver Needles originates in China Fujian Province, is grown in (Fuding, Zhenghe, Jianyang) and is harvested between late March to early April.Silver Needles White Tea has a sweet, yet vegetal flavor and releases floral and wheatgrass notes. Combined with apple pieces, rose hip shells, hibiscus, carrot, blueberry, elderberry, strawberry pieces, red rose petals, sun flower petals, safflowers and cornflowers, you have a master piece. No honey or sugar is required for this tea.

This tea delivers a delicious iced tea loaded with health benefits. Hibiscus: supports healthy blood pressure and Rose Hips: contains a number of antioxidants, including vitamin C, vitamin E, beta carotene and lycopene. Meanwhile, White Tea: Contains the same antioxidants as green tea but at a higher dose. Those antioxidants have many different health benefits, one being cardiovascular health.
